These Terms are issued in compliance with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 (FCCPA), the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act 2015 (as amended), and other applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

3. The Service
GradWriter provides professional academic research and writing support services to students and researchers. We do not write admissions essays, complete coursework for academic credit on behalf of students, or engage in any activity that constitutes academic fraud under the policies of any educational institution.
Our Services are designed as:
- Thesis Review & Upscale (₦15,000): Editorial review, structural audit, citation standardization, and refinement of existing drafts. Delivery: 3 days.
- Standard Thesis (₦45,000): Full research document development from approved topic outline, including chapter structuring, methodology design, and sourcing. Delivery: 4-7 days.
- Advanced Research (₦70,000): Comprehensive research for complex disciplines, dissertations, and postgraduate work requiring multi-source integration and custom analytical frameworks. Delivery: 7-14 days.
All turnaround times are estimates from the date of confirmed payment and receipt of complete project requirements. Delays caused by incomplete client submissions, scope changes, or revision requests may extend delivery timelines.
We do not guarantee specific grades, publication acceptance, or supervisor approval. Our commitment is to deliver work that meets rigorous academic standards of structure, sourcing, and clarity.
4. User Accounts
To access the Platform, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.
You agree to:
- Provide truthful registration information
- Update your information promptly if it changes
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Not share, transfer, or sell your account credentials
- Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activity. Suspended accounts forfeit any wallet balance if fraud is confirmed.
5. Payments & Wallet
All prices are denominated in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 14 days' notice.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Transfer (domestic Nigerian banks)
- Cryptocurrency (USDC, BTC, ETH) via supported wallets
Funds are deposited into your Wallet upon confirmation of payment. Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-refundable except as provided in these Terms.
Transaction Records: All transactions are recorded in your account history and retained for six (6) years in compliance with Nigerian financial record-keeping requirements.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion based on service completion status and quality assessment. No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work unless the Deliverable fails to meet the specifications of the ordered Service tier.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting our support team constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and legal action to recover funds.
6. Document Delivery & Revisions
Deliverables are made available for download through your Document Library upon completion. Documents are retained in your Library for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the delivery date.
Each Service tier includes a specified number of revision rounds:
- Thesis Review & Upscale: 1 revision round
- Standard Thesis: 1 revision round
- Advanced Research: 2 revision rounds
Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of original delivery and must relate to the original scope of work. Requests for new chapters, additional word count, or changes to the research topic constitute a new Service order, not a revision.
We do not guarantee that any Deliverable will be accepted by your institution, supervisor, or publication venue. Our quality commitment is to the structural and academic standards defined in your Service tier.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, all right, title, and interest in the Deliverable transfers to you. You may use, modify, publish, and distribute the Deliverable as your own work.
Prior to delivery, all intellectual property rights in work-in-progress remain with GradWriter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any draft or partial deliverable prior to full payment.
GradWriter retains the right to use anonymized excerpts from Deliverables for internal training, quality assurance, and portfolio purposes, provided that all identifying information (names, institutions, specific research topics) is removed.
You warrant that any materials you provide to us (research notes, data, previous drafts) do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You indemnify us against any claims arising from your breach of this warranty.
